Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, cashews, almonds and coconut.
  3. In a small bowl combine the sugar, maple syrup, vegetable oil and salt. Pour this mixture over the oats… Stir until evenly distributed.
  4. Using two sheet pans, pour the mixture onto the pans.
  5. Cook for one hour and twenty minutes, stirring every twenty minutes to achieve uniform color.
  6. Remove from oven and allow time to cool. Store in mason jars or an airtight container.
  7. Serve with fresh fruit or dried fruit and berries. Excellent on yogurt! Enjoy!
