Guacamole
Ingredients
- 6 Ripe Hass Avocados
- 3 Cups Grape Tomatoes quartered or cut in half
- 2 Limes juiced
- 1 cup white onions finely chopped
- 2 tsp kosher salt to taste (may need a little more or less)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
- Cut the Avocados in half lengthwise around the pit with a knife. Separate the halves. Remove the pits. Slice the avocados lengthwise into 1/4 inch strips and then across to form a grid. Scoop out using a spoon or peel the rind away. Place the Avocado pieces in a medium size bowl.
- Squeeze the juice from one of the limes over the avocados.
- Cut the grape tomatoes into quarters and add to the bowl with the avocados.
- Add the onions and the salt (to taste).
- Toss gently to incorporate and squeeze the juice from the remaining lime.
- Garnish with parsley and serve! Enjoy!!
