Noodle Bowl with Shrimp
Ingredients
- 10 cups water
- 2 cups carrot slices
- 3 cups raw baby spinach
- 1.5 cups frozen peas
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp organic (Better than Bouillon) Chicken base
- 12 ounces ramen noodles
- 1 pound freshly steamed shrimp peeled
- 1 tbsp chives for a garnish
Servings:
Instructions
- In a large pot bring the water and carrots to a boil.
- Add the soy sauce, and chicken bouillon seasoning and stir.
- Add the peas, spinach and noodles and cook for approximately three minutes.
- Serve in soup bowls and garnish with the shrimp and chives. Serve immediately. Enjoy!!
