The Best Granola!!
Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 2.5 cups cashews
- 2 cups slivered almonds
- 1.5 cups shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, cashews, almonds and coconut.
- In a small bowl combine the sugar, maple syrup, vegetable oil and salt. Pour this mixture over the oats... Stir until evenly distributed.
- Using two sheet pans, pour the mixture onto the pans.
- Cook for one hour and twenty minutes, stirring every twenty minutes to achieve uniform color.
- Remove from oven and allow time to cool. Store in mason jars or an airtight container.
- Serve with fresh fruit or dried fruit and berries. Excellent on yogurt! Enjoy!
